We are super excited to present a new menu at Hideout Hostel for the rest of the summer.
Every season the Hideout Hostel scours Europe for the best pop up restaurants around, in our constant mission to bring our guests the most fantastic food possible.
This summer we are beyond excited to have the incredible Sharif Gergis from GUERRILLA DINING taking the reigns from Wednesday till Saturday. (Kitchen is open from 5.30pm-10.30pm)
The new menu is still along the same style of Pan Asian small plates, but see’s the return of the delicious Tonkotsu Ramen which was a favourite from the winter.
We have also added the vegetarian Yasi Bun, which consists of a Katsu aubergine, smoked mushroom, white radish pickle and miso mayo, Other new additions include the Blackened Swordfish and the Philly Cheesesteak Bun.
Don’t panic, the famous Bang Bang Broccoli, is 100% still on the new menu!!
